OUR STORY

In 2003, two entrepreneurs, Scott Richardson and Peter White formed a new company that combined staffing and consulting services with superior customer service.

Who are Royal & Ross? The Royal & Ross brand was born from inspiration from Texas, athletics, and competitive passion. Royal stands for Darrell K Royal, a Texas football legend. And Ross, for Sul Ross, a Texas frontier legend.

Over the years, Royal & Ross has fostered a reputation of character and commitment to become one of the leading IT staffing and solutions companies in the country.
